Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

- All original tags must be attached to the product.
- Products showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Navigate to the 'Order History' section and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
- Email:

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond with further instructions and a return authorization.
Return Process
- Packaging:
- Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Shipping:
- Use a reliable shipping service with tracking to send the item(s) back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- Inspection:
- Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the inspection is complete.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive a notification email once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as initiating a return. Specify the item you wish to receive in exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments and swimwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via our website portal or email at support@kikaniinc.com. Provide detailed information about the defect and include photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
